Abstract

The growing impact of digital transformation has significantly redefined the priorities of teacher professional development worldwide. Educational systems are increasingly expected to prepare teachers not only for classroom instruction but also for innovation, digital leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and lifelong professional learning. Consequently, international cooperation has become a strategic instrument for strengthening national educational systems through the exchange of knowledge, institutional capacity, and technological innovation. This study explores the strategic partnership between the Republic of Korea and Uzbekistan in the field of continuous teacher professional development.
